Feature requests

To create a feature request, please follow the steps below:

Example feature request ticket

  1. Create a new support ticket. To do this, you will have to log in to your Marketplace account.
  2. Populate the following fields:
    • Requester: a valid email address so we can contact you.
    • Subject: a brief, yet descriptive summary of the requested feature.
    • Description: the purpose of the requested feature and what problem it will solve; and example use cases if possible.
    • Attach a file: (optional) screenshot, illustration, video, or a GIF that shows an example use case; or any file that provides information related to the feature.
  3. Click the Submit button.
